Rachel Mizgalski

Rachel graduated valedictorian of Stevens Point Area Senior High while continuing to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She then furthered her education by graduating from Mid-State Technical College with highest honors in 2016. Her Business Management Associate Degree prepared her well for the decision to obtain her realtor license and to create a team with her business partner, Carolyn McNamara. Rachel took it a step further in 2019 and passed her broker exam. Her passion is working with properties set up in estates and helping family members sell their loved one’s home. It can be a confusing process and her goal is to simplify the transaction for everyone involved. During her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time in the woods prepping for archery opener, boating on the water, and playing with her fur babies.

Carolyn McNamara
Realtor

Carolyn, married for 38yrs to Dennis, started her business career in the transportation industry as a fleet coordinator for a large, successful Wisconsin based fleet. After taking some time off to stay home and raise their 4 children and wanting to make a career change, she received her real estate license in 2016. Best decision ever! Years of working in the transportation field prepared her for the fast paced real estate market and the need for efficiency, clear/prompt communication and knowing how to negotiate. Carolyn’s strengths in these areas are very much appreciated by the clients she works with. Carolyn works best with sellers, buyers (especially first time buyers) and investors. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and showing her Great Danes in conformation under the Kennel Name of Divine Acres Great Danes.
